You’ll help make health decisions, learn which treatments and therapies work, and see when a treatment is a success or has setbacks. Give massages to your child if he /she has pains from muscle spasms, so you can also get to learn some basic techniques.

4 Help Them Be Active

Your child may not be able to play different games   with his peers at the same level  despite his desire to do so, but it’s  more important to get them moving to the best of their capabilities. Help them walk  if they can by holding their hands for them to lift the leg ,play, and move as much as possible.

Always get to Teach them new  daily skills, and they will  use their muscles in new ways. Being active may strengthen their muscles, and it may help lead to fewer muscle spasms. Such kind of children who are active have fewer health problems than children who never move around.

6 Focus on Diet

It’s wise to serve the child healthy foods that can help strengthen bones and muscles. Most  children with cerebral palsy may have weak bones and  this is more likely to happen to  children who aren’t able to walk or lift their leg up. Your child’s doctor may prescribe medicine, but it's advisable for them to eat foods rich in calcium which will probably may help  in bone strengthening.

7 Keep a Bright Outlook

Children with cerebral palsy won’t be able to do all of the things that their siblings or peers can do, but they shouldn’t be upset by this or focus on their limits. Instead, help them realize all of the things that they’re able to do on their own or with help of a parent or a guardian.

If you always keep a positive attitude towards your child,  then you child will have that positive attitude should stay positive, too and if your child becomes focused on their setbacks and limitations, seek mental health care immediately so that  it doesn't affect in future. Don't forget children with cerebral palsy are most likely to be depressed , so as a parent don't give your child a room for depression.
